I know lots of people groan at the mention of that special day in December this early in the season. But if you're a crafter I know you'll have at least made a mental list, if not started on presents already! I've been looking for inspiration myself and want to share some great, simple DIYs I've found.
This restyle of a thrifted paint by number picture is so good, I've been meaning to do one myself for ages! It would make a great gift for someone special using a meaningful quote or date.
Garden related gifts are my go to present for the old people who have everything they need, and there's nothing prettier than these hanging bird snacks. They'd be great wrapped up in cellophane, with ribbon of course.
I've used this Handmade Jane lavender bag tutorial before and it is super simple, a great stocking filler or teacher present.
I think this patchwork photo frame is such a sweet idea, and if you're not so into sewing it would be easy enough to adapt the idea to do some cutting and sticking instead.
This scarf is one of those *really* simple but really effective items.
And lastly, this cake stand that I made back in April is really easy and would make a perfect gift for a budding hostess.
I'm going to do a few more posts like this in the run up to Christmas, if you have any great tutorials to share please post the links in the comments!
